AQUARO offers an extended warranty that varies depending on the type of jewelry purchased.

AQUARO will replace or repair only manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear, damage, or loss of the jewelry or any part thereof.

What does the warranty cover?

AQUARO is responsible for defects in the jewelry purchased for the periods mentioned above.

Products made with natural materials may have tiny flecks due to their natural origin, which cannot be considered defects. Manufacturing defects refer to the structure of the jewelry, such as setting tips or chips, scratches, or marks on the stones found at the time of delivery.

Defects caused by improper use by the customer are not covered by the warranty. Some examples of common wear and tear on jewelry that are not covered by our warranty:

- Dents, impacts, and scratches are inevitable and are not considered a defect.
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, pools, hot tubs, or baths.
- Rings damaged or deformed due to manual activities. This includes cases where the damage causes stone loss.
- Stone lost or fallen due to bent, stuck, or worn setting tips due to normal wear or other damage.
- Stone lost or fallen due to chips or breaks caused by normal wear or other damage.
- Broken earring posts.
- Broken chain, bracelet links, or clasps.

Please note that all shipping and handling fees for returns are to be covered by the customer.
