Return & Exchange
At AQUARO we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, AQUARO provides a 15 -day return and exchange policy starting from the date of package receipt, with refunds issued in the form of a store voucher equivalent to the returned item's value.
Please note that all returns must be made within the country of purchase.
Exchanges or returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe. If these conditions are not met, AQUARO reserves the right to decline the return. You will receive an email notification if your order does not qualify for return.
*During the Christmas season, the return window is extended to one month.
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
1. Fill out the online return form by clicking on "Returns & Exchanges" in the Order History section of your account. Once your request is submitted, you have 15 days to return your order.
Or to initiate an exchange, please fill the Return & Exchange form. You will need to enter your order number, email address, and follow the straightforward steps.
2. Ensure that your item(s) are returned unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached, including any packaging.
3. Contact us via the email info@aquarojewelry.com to notify us of your intention to return the item. After contacting us, we will send you detailed instructions for returning the product.
All shipping and handling fees for returns are to be covered by the customer.

All our pieces are meticulously handmade, celebrating each unique detail that contributes to their individuality. As a result, our products may exhibit imperfections and distinctive characteristics that render each piece one-of-a-kind. Please be aware of this before making a purchase, as we do not offer refunds based on these design-specific features.
Certain pieces in our collection are crafted with specific ergonomics, which may limit their availability in certain sizes.
To facilitate an exchange, the product must be in impeccable condition and include the original labels.
All sales involving items with special discounts or those purchased using a coupon code are final and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Upon receiving the returned product at the specified address, the purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
Our fine jewelry collections and unique capsules are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If your product arrives opened or damaged due to our error, AQUARO will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the products. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase to prevent fraud. The refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product, typically taking between 3 to 5 working days depending on your bank.
AQUARO is not responsible for defects resulting from improper use, neglect, aesthetic changes, or normal wear and tear.
